       Customer Service Advisor

Rate of Pay: £13.02 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Oldbury, 
Start Date: ASAP

Brief description:

We're searching for passionate individuals who love interacting with customers. Whether you're a recent graduate or someone eager to learn and deliver exceptional service, we'd love to have you join our dynamic busy Hospital team.
Requirements essential to performing this role:
• Have an excellent telephone manner, providing great customer service.
• The ability to liaise with customers, service providers and partner agencies to ensure effective delivery of the service.
• Effective communication skills, recording information timely and with accuracy including maintaining confidentiality are a necessary function of this role.
• The collation and maintenance of information is to be completed in accordance with relevant legislation and used to prepare reports.
• There is a responsibility to identify and contribute to procedural improvements.
• Use of IT equipment, specialist software and different systems is essential to maintaining records therefore undertaking training for competency of using a variety of systems is a requirement.

Qualifications:

GSCE English and Maths or equivalent qualification.
Must be prepared to undertake professional and technical training when required.

Experience:

• A minimum of 6 months experience working in a social care and/or health related role.
• A minimum of 6 months previous experience of working on the front line within a customer-focused environment.
• Experience of working as a team member.
• Previous experience of using IT systems.
• Awareness of Data Protection and Freedom of information Act.

***A Standard DBS check is required for this role.

The salary has been benchmarked for industry averages; however, there is some flexibility with salary for the right candidate. I must advise you that the starting salary we envisage for this post is in the region of £15k - £30k per annum in the 1st year.
