Enterprise Recruitment is looking for a IT
Project Manager for
a globally recognised IT company based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the
successful delivery of multiple projects including managing resource inter-dependencies, scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, communications, and quality.
- Ensures all
project team members understand the overall scope of each project, and their corresponding individual contributions.
- Ability to
promptly resolve project issues and remove associated project delays by driving problem investigation, escalations, and resolution.
- Ability to
assess user requirements, identify omissions and gaps, and design optimal solution.
- Provide
accurate and timely project status updates to stakeholders to set expectations and ensure a high degree of project success.
- Proactively
ensure risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated and that projects are delivered successfully through to production.
- Ensures all
projects are managed against a project plan and viable schedule.
- Manage project
activities through the effective use of project management principles and the specific methodologies adopted by the PMI and Agile methodology to achieve timely project completion and meet the defined
project business objectives.
Job Experience and skills:
- Minimum 5 years
of experience in project or program management role, preferably with full development life cycle experience
- PMP or Scrum
Master certification preferred
- IT Industry IT
Project Management experience preferred
- Excellent at
building relationships and creating a strong team environment
- Strong written
and verbal communication skills including
- Excellent
business facing communication especially with senior stakeholders
- Effective
communicator with partners across all technical levels
- Strong
management skills across internal partners and external vendors
- Team player
with a willingness to jump in with a positive attitude
- Comfortable
with a fast pace and the flexibility to navigate constant change
- Creative
thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems

The salary has been benchmarked for industry averages; however, there is some flexibility with salary for the
right candidate. I must advise you that the starting salary we envisage for this post is in the region of £80k - £95k per annum in the 1st year, so please bear this in mind. when
